Ecosystem · every service, every agent, every link
The ARKONA architecture, at a glance.
Entry points on top, governance and routing in the middle, domains and agents below, models and data at the base. Cyan arrows are request paths. Pink dashed lines are COMET audit calls. Green is voice. Tap or hover any node for detail.
How to read this. Every request enters through an entry point (web, voice, or API). The control plane authenticates and hands off to the routing layer, where MuXD chooses the cheapest capable model and COMET stamps the action with a delegation level and audit entry. Domain clusters execute the actual work — FORGE's 7 agents ship code, BIZOPS runs the business, RANGO keeps the operator informed, Media Suite handles voice and vision. Models are a mix of local (Llama · Phi · Gemma on dual P-40s) and cloud (Claude, Bedrock). Everything that matters lands in the evidence layer — VAULT, Wiki, and the append-only COMET audit log.
